Lehrkräfte im Hochschuldienst

Das ZLSB wird in der Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben durch abgeordnete Lehrkräfte im Hochschuldienst unterstützt. Gerade in der Vernetzung und Kooperation mit der Schulseite spielen sie eine besondere Rolle. Durch die Einbeziehung ihrer Praxiserfahrung soll die Qualität der Lehrkräftebildung in der Verzahnung von fach- und erziehungswissenschaftlicher Theorie mit pädagogischer und didaktischer Praxis in der ersten Phase der Lehrkräftebildung deutlich verbessert werden. Die Lehrkräfte sind in der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Evaluation des Konzeptes der integrierten Lehrkräftebildung sowie der Lehrerfort- und -weiterbildung an der TU Dresden tätig und wirken in den am ZLSB bestehenden Arbeitskreisen aktiv mit. In der ersten Phase der Lehrkräftebildung werden sie in Lehrveranstaltungen ausgewählter Fachgebiete sowie bei der Betreuung von Studierenden in Schulpraktika eingesetzt. Darüber hinaus haben sie die Möglichkeit, sich im Rahmen einer Promotion bzw. Habilitation an der TU Dresden weiterzuqualifizieren.
