P6: Energy Scenario Assessment – Potentials, Limitations and Acceptance

This doctoral research project consists of two elements: On the one hand, scenarios for the development of the energy system are compiled, and on the other hand, the population is integrated into the scenario construction process through participating elements. The project focuses on the analysis of the feasibility of the integration of renewable energies in the energy system, the achievement of renewable objectives, as well as the additional financial burdens in the future. Moreover, social acceptance of regional projects are analysed, investigated and corresponding solutions are developed.
