Successful habilitation of Dr.-Ing. Ronny Behnke

On 16.11.2021, a scientific lecture with colloquium and the trial lecture took place as part of the habilitation procedure of Dr.-Ing. Ronny Behnke. In the lecture, Dr Behnke spoke about "Numerical modelling of dynamic multi-field problems of tyre-road interaction in the short and long time domain". The topic of his habilitation thesis is: "Computationally efficient modelling of dynamic multifield pavement interaction problems with different time scales". The test lecture of 45 min. (§ 11 Abs. 1 HabilO) took place on the same day on the topic of "Damping phenomena and their modelling in structural dynamics".

In its meeting on 24.11.2021, the Council of the Faculty of Civil Engineering decided on the successful completion of this habilitation procedure and granted Dr.-Ing. habil. Ronny Behnke the teaching qualification for the subject area "Statics and Dynamics".

The Faculty of Civil Engineering congratulates Dr. Behnke on this successful completion and wishes him all the best for the future.
