Professor Gunter Henn bei seinem Vortrag "Formen der Transparenz"
Over two days since yesterday and today in the lecture hall center of the TU Dresden, the Glass Construction Conference 2023 took place. Glass is a special building material, glass facades have more and more breathtaking shapes, with its transparent properties glass has a special significance in the building industry. With his lecture "Forms of Transparency", Prof. Gunter Henn impressively opened the variety of topics that can be found in glass as a building material but also in transparent architecture. In Dresden, Prof. Henn is known for his design of the Transparent Factory and also for his design of the carbon concrete house Cube. Many other speakers presented new developments in processing, standardization or research on the subject of glass construction.
