On 26.06.2023, Dipl.-Ing. Julian Hänig successfully defended his scientific thesis within the framework of the doctoral procedure with the topic "Development of thin glass-plastic hybrid panels for the building industry". In addition to the chairman of the doctoral committee, Prof. Dr. Ivo Herle (TU Dresden), Prof. Dr. Bernhard Weller (TU Dresden), Prof. Dr. Markus Feldmann (Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen) and Prof. Dr. Steffen Feirabend (Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences) were present as reviewers.
