Laboratory Soil Geography
The laboratory internship is intended for Msc students of geography. By working in the laboratory, you will get to know some soil analysis methods, basics of soil geography (factors of pedogenesis and characteristics, distribution and classification of soils) as well as soil formation processes.
Offers and enrolment for the laboratory internship
The laboratory internship takes place on one day in the period from mid-May to mid-June. Information on current offers and registration procedures will be published at the appropriate time on the homepage of the Institute of Geography. Enrolment takes place on OPAL.
Implementation
- The work in the laboratory should be logged.
- Be sure to arive on time for your appointment, as the laboratory is closed outside the indicated start and end times.
- Bring a copy of the form for the preparation of the report (see download are of the OPAL course).
- At the end of the internship, please leave the report in the lab!
The head of the laboratory, Dr. Sascha Mesner, is responsible for the implementation.
