Joint initiative of the six waste management oriented research projects RELIEF, AWAST, SWA-TOOL, ORMA, LCA-IWM and PAYT funded by the European Commission within the program priority "The City of Tomorrow" of the 5th Research Framework Program.

Project description:

The aim of the measure is the formation of a competence node for concepts and strategies for waste avoidance/reduction in urban areas and the strengthening of the external effect of the respective individual projects by bundling publicity-effective actions as well as the exchange and updating of project results.
