Study process
The study time in the course of studies "Traffic Engineering" comprises 10 semesters including internships and the preparation of the study and diploma thesis. The study program is divided into the basic and main studies.
The basic study period conveys general scientific basics and ends after the 4th semester with the preliminary diploma examination.
The following main study period serves the thorough penetration into the subject basics of the study program, the further deepening of mathematical, scientific, economic and other basics as well as the scientific deepening or specialization. The main course of study in the "Traffic Engineering" program comprises 6 semesters and is divided into four fields of study, which the student decides on at the end of the basic studies. One of these fields of study is traffic telematics.
