Doing a doctorate - is that something for me?: Review of the information event for those interested in doing a doctorate on 04.12.
At the information event for those interested in doing a doctorate yesterday evening in the Festsaal, professors and doctoral students from the Faculty spoke about their experiences of doing a doctorate and the requirements you need to meet to do one.
It was another great event, at which our doctoral students Katharina Bettig (Chair of Economics, esp. Public Finance), Fabian Felser (Chair of Business Administration, esp. Management Accounting and Control) and Dix Gräubig (Chair of Business Information Systems, esp. Information Systems in Industry and Trade) gave authentic and personal insights into their day-to-day work.
The information event is aimed at students who can imagine doing a doctorate after their studies and taking up a position as a Research Associate.
