"Zurück zur Uni" 2021

 On September 25, the graduates of our faculty could once again get a taste of university air at "Zurück zur Uni 2021". This annual continuing education event is organized by nexus e.V., the alumni association of the Faculty of Business and Economics. The goals of the event are not only to provide further training on practical issues, but also to promote professional and personal exchange between our alumni and to establish contacts with proven experts in the field.

After a presentation by our dean Prof. Dr. Michael Schefczyk on the current situation and developments at the faculty, this year's "Zurück zur Uni" was all about leadership and leadership skills. In the morning, Stefanie Richter-Killenberg and Anne Kemter (both research assistants at the Institute for Work, Organizational and Social Psychology) gave  a look at psychological leadership research and current research findings on healthy and motivating leadership. After the lunch break, the participants got active themselves and expanded their personal leadership skills at the leadership workshop of the renowned leadership coach Prof. Dr. Renate Tewes from Crown Coaching International. At the joint dinner in Dresden's old town, there was enough time to round off the day in a relaxed atmosphere, to revive old stories from the student days or to make new contacts.
