VDMA Central Working Group for Management Accounting and Control meets in Dresden

On Dec 18, 2018 the central working group for management accounting and control of the Mechanical Engineering Industry Association (VDMA) met at TU Dresden. Prof. Dr. Thomas Guenther, scientific advisor of the VDMA, welcomed ten participants to a special meeting on the issue of "Planning". After a kick-off presentation about the state of planning research there has been an intensive discussion and the guidline of the VDMA has been developed further. The guideline provides a guidance for all VDMA members about structuring and design of planning in companies.
