Objectives & Content |
The subject of the course is the in-depth examination of the lifecycle of business processes. After completing the course, students will be familiar with the essential phases of business process management as well as phase-specific management approaches, techniques, and technologies. In addition, they will have basic skills in the practical use of modeling tools and can apply them to model, analyze and improve simple business processes. |
