The FSR Wiwi represents all students of the Faculty of Business and Economics. Each year 15 members are elected, although all students are welcome to participate in the work and the meetings. Our area of work is broad. The rich offerings for students include the organization of the introduction events for new students („ESE-Woche“), archive for tests from previous semesters and book exchange, student advisory, organization of parties and Germany-wide networking with other WiWi student bodies and bi-annual participation in the national student body conference. Furthermore, the FSR Wiwi takes the students' interests into consideration by taking part in the committees for examinations and studies as well as in the student and faculty council.

Another typical university day: you are sitting in the lecture hall, the professor is standing in front and tries to initiate you into the deep secrets of investment calculation, software engineering or social research? You accumulate more and more university knowledge hoping to be able to apply it at some point. But why wait for a long time when you can get active and gain practical experience right away?
Students at the TU Dresden asked themselves the same question back in 1996, and as a result founded the student consultancy PAUL Consultants to "learn from companies in projects" (in Projekten aus Unternehmen zu lernen). Here at PAUL Consultants, students of all disciplines and all semesters can get involved, contribute ideas and gain practical experience in consulting projects.
