New Bachelor Seminar: “Organizing in Times of Crisis: The Case of COVID-19”

The new Professorship for Organization (Prof. Blagoev) is offering an innovative bachelor's seminar on the current topic “Organizing in Times of Crisis: The Case of COVID-19” in the coming winter term. The seminar is a collaborative and open teaching format that was developed in cooperation with researchers from multiple universities in German-speaking countries. Based on the case of the ongoing pandemic, the seminar participants will explore topics such as crisis management, the design of resilient organizations, leadership in crisis situations, or crisis communication.
