B CUBE Microscopy
Table of contents
The B CUBE microscopy facility offers users access to a range of microscopy techniques to identify and characterize the relationship between structure and function at the molecular level.
In the field of imaging, this includes atomic force microscopy (AFM) and optical microscopy, with techniques such as super-resolution single molecule localization microscopy (SMLM, e.g. STORM/PALM/...), total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy (TIRF), confocal spinning disk microscopy, and ordinary epifluorescence microscopy. Single-molecule techniques such as single-particle tracking (SPT), Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) are offered together with the necessary expertise for analysis.
Service
The Facility offers its users a range of services.
Equipment
The equipment at the Facility is designed in particular for single-molecule studies.
