The B CUBE Microscopy Facility offers a range of devices and techniques, which are mainly aimed at single-molecule studies. Currently, the following devices are available:
If you are already a user of the CMCB TP you can make reservations in the booking calendar of the CMCB Technology Platform
Microscopes available in the Facility
Combined with a fluorescence microscope.
Equipped with petri dish heater and CellHesion module for extended z-ranges (e.g. for cells).
Operation in air and liquid environment.
Contact-, Tapping-, force modulation-, and Q.I. (force mapping imaging) mode.
Force spectroscopy/molecular manipulation.
