Kraft-Copilot
The aim of the project is the participatory development and testing of an adaptive, gamified learning and networking platform for young informal carers with the focus on strengthening their quality of life and health literacy. The target group of Young Adult Carers (YAC) is characterised by a series of life-stage-typical events which, in combination with care responsibilities, can create diverse areas of tension and bring with them an increased need for support. The "Kraft-Copilot" platform to be developed offers individual and target group-oriented support, learning and networking opportunities and also provides for an expansion of the target group's social space and integration into care communities - with the aim of promoting the health of young caring adults and stimulating a process of self-reflection. A widespread use of Kraft-Copilot nevertheless makes a valuable contribution to relieving regional health structures and strengthens the use and integration of digital health offers.
