The #ism2019 event series at the TUD - an interim report
In cooperation with the Landesarbeitsgemeinschaft politisch-kulturelle Bildung e.V. (pokubi e.V.) and other cooperation partners, the ZfI is organising seven lecture series and four practical workshops in the current summer semester as part of the event series Inklusive Schule in der Migrationsgesellschaft – Handelnde Teilhabe für alle, aber wie?
We can already look back on four interesting lecture sessions - each consisting of a lecture and a subsequent commentary - as well as three practical workshops. So far, we have approached the question of active participation through the topics of knowledge, illusions of inclusion and tolerance of ambivalence together with the speakers, commentators and participants. This is not only well received by us: Due to the great popularity of the lecture series, it is now also taking place in a larger lecture hall (Hörsaalzentrum der TU Dresden, room HSZ/003/H). In addition, interested parties can follow the lecture sessions as an online lecture series. We are looking forward to the further exchange on inclusive schools in the migration society and cordially invite you to (continue to) shape this with us! Information and the programme can be found here.
The next session of the lecture series will take place on 22 May 2019. Prof. Dr. Karim Fereidooni will speak on racism in the school system. This lecture session will take place within the framework of the dies academicus of the TU Dresden. Please note the following changes to time and place:
- Time: 17:00-18:30
- Place: TU Dresden Lecture Hall Centre, Lecture Hall HSZ/004/H
Unfortunately, the lecture on 22 May 2019 cannot be offered as an online ring lecture - we ask for your understanding. The lecture by Prof. Dr. İnci Dirm on 05 June 2019 will again be streamed as usual.
The upcoming practical workshop on SchulKultur will take place on 23 May 2019. There are still free places for participation. Please register at .
