Institute for the Promotion of Training promotes stays abroad for civil society organisations
Since 25 April 2019, the call for proposals for the "CCP Synergy" programme has been running, with which the Institute for the Promotion of Education (ifa) has also been seeking to promote the exchange and networking of civil society organisations since this year.
With the CrossCulture Programme (CCP), the Institute has been promoting intercultural dialogue between Germany and Muslim-majority countries as well as countries of the Eastern Partnership and Russia since 2005 in order to strengthen local civil society actors and establish transnational networks. So far, young professionals and volunteers have been given the opportunity to expand their professional and intercultural skills through an eight- to twelve-week scholarship stay in a host organisation in Germany or one of the CCP target countries. With "CCP Synergy", however, short stays of 7-30 days are now also funded for organisations with the aim of building long-term cooperation between civil society organisations based in Germany or one of the CCP target countries.
The application period for funding ends on Friday, 24 May 2019.
All relevant information on the participation and application modalities can be found on the ifa website.
