In accordance with the requirements of the State Youth Welfare Act, the Saxon state government presents such a report once every legislative period, building on the previous reports, which serve as a basis for the further development of corresponding measures, services and funding in the individual areas of child and youth welfare. In terms of content, the Sixth Saxon Children and Youth Report focuses on the topic of digitalization.
Prof. Dr. Friedrich Funke and our former colleague Dr. Christine Dallmann - now at the SMK - played a key role in preparing the content and methodology of the online study and deriving the recommendations for action after being appointed to the advisory board by the Saxon State Ministry for Social Affairs and Social Cohesion.
