Room and lesson planning
The course and room coordination of the faculty is managed by Mr. Meyer. He is the contact person for questions regarding rooms and coursesin the Faculty of Education.
The semester planning of courses is carried out via our faculty's own system, the so-called "Digital Semester Planning", which is supervised by Mr. Meyer.

NOTES
Our colleagues from Unit 8.7.2. are responsible for technical problems in the central teaching rooms.
Events planned for the weekend must be registered with Mr. Meyer in order to ensure that the building can be opened by the Technical Control Centre.
Guest lecturers who are planning a course at our faculty should ask their secretariat who can enter the course into the digital semester planning system.
Room bookingsfor conferences, congresses and events that are not courses are handled by the operational room allocation department, e-mail.
