The Institute of Media and Communication consists of the two professorships for 'Economic and Political Communication' and 'Science and Technology Communication' as well as regular guest professorships on exciting current topics.
Our Bachelor's and Master's programs' Media Research, Media Practice', and 'Applied Media Research' maintain a high standard of teaching in empirical research and their strong practical relevance.
With our annual public events such as the Praxisforum, lectures by external and renowned scientists and practitioners, or the symposium 'Digital Revolution in Democracy', we pass on research findings to the public. And thus ensure a regular exchange between science and practice.
