Information for applicants for winter semester 23/24
Changes to the program for winter semester 2023/24 and new fee structure
We are pleased to inform our applicants for the fall 2023/24 that it will now possible to complete the LL.M.-IP program entirely not only partly at one of our partner universities in the winter semester but also entirely at TU Dresden for the entire time of the program.
The winter semester at TU Dresden will focus on patent law and copyright law, while the summer semester will focus on data law, trademark law and design law. With the new study program, our students have the possibility to adjust their studies even better to their study and career interests. The study program is of course still modular, in addition to lectures and case studies, students will complete seminars in hard or soft IP, will be able to participate in a moot court, will attend the traditional practitioner forum and an internship.
It is possible to start our program in the summer semester or winter semester.
