Current courses winter semester 2024/25
The course catalog for the winter semester 2024/25 is expected to be online in the first week of September and will be updated before the enrolment deadline.
OPAL enrolment
Please note that due to the high demand, enrolment in the subject didactics for the teacher training courses has been divided into two time slots and you must enrol separately for modules of the new study regulations (reading practice and introduction to academic work).
Please note that you can already register for the Blockpraktikum B in German in September 2024 by enrolling in the OPAL course.
OPAL enrollment for the winter semester 2024/25 begins on 30.09.2024 (except basic modules and speech training):
OPAL enrollment for the basic modules only takes place in the winter semester on a separate date.
Note: Studying under difficult conditions
Students who are studying under difficult conditions have the opportunity to apply for enrolment in certain courses before the regular enrolment deadline.
The application is made by completing the form: Application for preferential enrolment under difficult conditions, which can be submitted by 16.09.2024 via the Student Advisory Service email.
Up to three events can be nominated. Two aspects must be conclusively explained in the application:
- The "difficult conditions": these are considered to be health and family burdens in combination with a high semester of study
- that academic success is jeopardized if the courses in question cannot be attended.
Both conditions must be fulfilled. There is still no guarantee for a desired seminar.
A special regulation also applies to students who are in the 5th semester in the winter semester or the 6th semester in the summer semester and have not yet been able to attend the introduction to language and/or literature didactics. These students can indicate which introductory seminar they would like to attend after providing proof of the number of semesters they have studied. This also applies to students who have no supervision obligations.
