Forschungslabor Mikroelektronik Dresden für rekonfiguri­erbare Elektronik (DCST) bewilligt

The BMBF finances the DCST (coordinator: M. Mikolajick Namlab), together with K. Bock (IAVT), A. Erbe (HZDR) and A. Richter (IHM)) with a total of 5.6 Mio. €, which flow into a modern and powerful technology platform. With this, the Dresden Micro- and Nanoelectronics research is significantly supported in their efforts, to develop novel,  wide-ranging future concepts for Micro- and Nanoelectronics.
