Leon Urbas, Anselm Klose and Florian Pelzer hosted the NAMUR TaskForce Safety-MTP at P2O-Lab. The TaskForce is driving the development of a standardized, safety-oriented interface in modular process automation. The appointment focused on a walk-through of the safety demonstrator. The aim was to check its readiness for use in the upcoming trade fair year 2022.
The SIS safety engineers put our demonstrator through its paces. Our demonstration system was able to withstand the critical eye of the system operators and equipment manufacturers - so the appointment was a complete success!
