- Ferro-, piezo- and pyroelectric coatings, especiall dip- and spin-coating of P(VDF-TrFE) thin films
- Anti-ice surfaces, determination of the achievable supercooling (freezing retardation) and ice adhesion as well as the underlying statistical distribution functions
- pH-dependent adsorption of ions in the electrochemical double layer
- Anodic oxidation of aluminium, investigation of the corrosion behavior of aluminium, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)
