The ITM is or has been significantly involved in several major projects, e.g. the CeTI Federal Excellence Initiative, the BMBF initiatives "Zwanzig20": "C3-Carbon Concrete Composite" and "futureTEX", the BMBF research platform FOREL: "3DProCar", the Federal Excellence Initiative MERGE, the Collaborative Research Center/Transregio 280 and EU projects.
