International applications and school groups
Visiting TU Dresden with your school group from abroad often requires a lot of planning. The International Office is happy to help you with the program coordination at TU Dresden and has plenty of tips for your stay in Dresden. You can find more options for school children to discover our university here. For example, the Central Student Information and Counseling Service organizes services for school children. You can also subscribe to our newsletter for schools.
International student groups
The International Office provides assistance to student groups, e.g. from partner universities, in organizing their visit to TU Dresden or for student exchange programs. We are also to happy to help if you would like to apply for funding as part of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) study trip program to visit TU Dresden during your trip to Germany.
Guests from international partner universities and visiting researchers
Partnerships and joint projects flourish from exchange trips. Meeting in person to discuss a project and conversing face-to-face are often indispensable. Negotiations or the signing of cooperation agreements are also good reasons for visiting TU Dresden in person. The School or Faculty you are working with is happy to support you in the organization – as is the International Office. The DRESDEN-concept Welcome Center also offers manifold support services for visiting researchers.
