Deutsche Bahn AG and the TU Dresden can retrospectively look at a large number of successful common research projects. In order to intensify this cooperation, a project frame agreement has been concluded.

This frame agreement was set into force with the beginning of 2016 and defines the conditions for future common research projects until the year 2023. For example, the provisions for the treatment of intellectual property as well as the calculation of project costs are now exactly defined beforehand. Both contractual partners anticipate a decline of the administrative burden for research projects.
