EUTOPIA offers researchers and staff of the partner universities a wide assortment of opportunities for joint research, teaching and networking. These opportunities range from mobility programs and grants to manifold networking activities.

Young Leaders Academy
The Young Leaders Alliance (YLA) strives to advance the professional growth of exceptional and promising researchers. It is designed foremost for junior professors, group leaders, and advanced postdocs to get to know TU Dresden's nine European partner universities, network with international colleagues from different disciplines, and benefit from continuing education opportunities to advance their careers.

Impact School
The EUTOPIA Impact School brings together 10 doctoral students and postdocs from all EUTOPIA partner universities. Participants are offered an exclusive training program on the topic of science communication. They have the opportunity to work individually on their scientific texts, exchange ideas, and present their research.
In November 2023, the first EUTOPIA Impact School took place, organised by the Graduate Academy of TU Dresden. Under the motto "Science Communication and Science Slam", 10 young scientists from EUTOPIA partner universities received an exclusive training programme on the topic of science communication. As a final project, the participants created their own video pitches to present their personal research specialisms to all interested people.

EUTOPIA Co-tutelle Doctoral Program
The EUTOPIA Cotutelle Doctoral Program supports high-quality doctoral projects across all research fields through scholarships, which are jointly supervised by researchers from EUTOPIA member universities. The program aims to foster exceptional research projects with global impact, providing doctoral candidates with exciting research opportunities. Throughout the duration of the Cotutelle Doctoral Scholarship, candidates are enrolled at both partner universities.
