Anonymous survey on the extent of sexualized harassment and sexism in university medicine
Sexualized harassment and sexism are unfortunately also a well-known problem in university medicine. In order to be able to take and evaluate targeted measures against this, a project team from various departments has been formed under the leadership of Anne Röhle (Physician / Deputy Head of the Medical Interprofessional Training Centre MITZ / Deputy Equal Opportunities Officer of the Faculty of Medicine) with the commitment of the Medical Executive Board, the Dean and the Deans of Studies. An anonymous survey will be used to record the extent of sexualized harassment and sexism in university medicine at our institution. In addition, places on campus that are perceived as threatening or dangerous are to be recorded. Please take part in the survey and encourage your colleagues and fellow students to do the same! A high response rate will ensure the basis for further discussion of the topic and developing measurements to make the campus a safer space.
The survey and evaluation will be carried out anonymously and confidentially by the Equal Opportunities Officer of the Faculty of Medicine. If you have any questions, please contact .
