ChemInformRX
Access and interface
ChemInformRX database refers to the in-house database (Server ISIS/Host), which is accessible from the network of the faculty via ISIS/Base. Interested persons should contact the IT coordinator of the faculty.
There is the multitude of research opportunities such as substructure research and the similarity research, restriction to the reaction types or reaction conditions. Hit lists can be organized according to the specific criteria (“clustering”). For all of the datasets of the ChemInformRX, the overall reaction schema can be fully shown. The interface and the arrays can be chosen and adapted freely.
The database support was not extended, the database remains on the status 2005! The installation will continue as a teaching database.
