BeWise conference 2024

From 15.04.-17.04.2024, female scientists in the qualification phase from various disciplines met at the BeWISE - Women in Science and Engineering conference.

A variety of workshops and coaching opportunities were offered, such as Rhetoric for Women, Profile yourself! Professional networking for women in science, Successful self-positioning in dealing with boundaries, power and dependency and many more. In addition, there was a fireplace talk on the evening of the first day, where Professor Inez Weidinger, Professor Stefanie Speidel and Dr. Ilka Hermes answered all the questions of the young female scientists.

Our doctoral students Linda Feuerstein and Fanny Reichmayr also took part in the BeWISE conference as members of the DFG-coordinated programs RTG2861and CRC1415.
