Dr. Stephanie Rohac is a passionate organizational and communication psychologist with a focus on impact, leadership, and transformation (kommunikation-bewegt.org). In her roles as a trainer, coach, facilitator, speaker, and organizational developer, she supports individuals and organizations in business and industry, universities and colleges, public institutions, and politics to communicate, lead, and change more effectively. Stephanie Rohac has passed various international marketing positions at a global IT company, most recently as Head of International Marketing leading a cross-cultural team. In her interdisciplinary PhD in Intercultural Communication, she focuses on developing individual change competencies in volatile, dynamic, and complex contexts. Dr. Stephanie Rohac is certified as a systemic coach and a transformation coach. In executive coaching, she supports individuals in leadership roles. As an organizational developer, sheempowers teams and organizations in transformation processes, particularly shaping cultural change in leadership and collaboration.
