Project B09
Effect of Extended Defects on Optoelectronic Properties in Novel 2D Materials
The project aims to generate a comprehensive understanding about the role of extended structural defects in organic 2D semiconductors on excited charge carriers and their interaction with external strain for potential application in flexible optoelectronics. To achieve this goal, they are planning optimize and extend their ex- and in-situ electrical atomic force microscopy (AFM) and luminescence microscopy approach.
