Tina Karabinski successfully defends her dissertation
We would like to congratulate Tina Karabinski on her very successful doctorate entitled: Entwicklung und Validierung eines Fragebogens zur Erhebung des organisationalen und teambezogenen Erholungsklima!
Tina Karabinski carried out five studies to develop this procedure, which is urgently needed in practice (including the analysis of team data), and skillfully presented and discussed the promising results on 17 December.
We are pleased that digital participation was also possible (thanks to Prof. Job, a supervisor from the University of Vienna) and that representatives from the field were also in the audience, particularly a representative of the DGUV, which financed Ms. Karabinski's doctoral scholarship. The pretty doctoral hat shows, among other things, where lectures on the topic were held and how recovery can be promoted.
