Connect to Talent
Mentoring is a very individualized support relationship between an experienced person (mentor) and a less experienced person (mentee), in the course of which new insights and experiences are gained for both sides. The mentoring relationship creates a protected space for reflection, orientation and empowerment. Our mentoring programs focus on the personal and trusting exchange between mentee and mentor. Central elements include building and expanding a network, making role models visible and strengthening the participants' self-confidence.
The mentoring programs include cooperation programs between TU Dresden and TUDIAS GmbH.
