We reached the next milestone: 30 proposals or TU Dresden's teaching strategy
Since the beginning of the year three working groups with representatives from all status groups and areas of the university have developed a total of 30 proposed solutions, in order to help shape the future of teaching at TU Dresden. These proposals deal with various challenges at the university and can be categorized into the fields of action defined by the teaching mission statement.
As part of the Day of Teaching 2023, the university public had the opportunity to comment on the proposals developed at the second sTUDium 3.0 teaching strategy dialog forum. The teaching strategy team continues to welcome comments and remarks from the university public.
The proposed solutions can be viewed on the sTUDium 3.0 teaching strategy website after logging in to ZIH. A padlet is integrated under each proposed solution. Comments, suggestions and feedback on the respective proposed solution can be left there. The Teaching Strategy team led by project officer Corinna Zimmermann is also happy to receive longer feedback by e-mail or via the contact form.
The Teaching Strategy Board has so far recommended 15 suggestions for further processing. In the coming year, an action plan will be developed based on the proposed solutions.
Vice-Rector Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Michael Kobel, expressly thanks the members of the teaching strategy working groups: "In the weekly sprints, they have worked tirelessly to improve and further develop teaching at TU Dresden. The sTUDium 3.0 teaching strategy team and I would like to express our sincere tgraditude for the time they have invested and for their extraordinary commitment over the course of a year."
