Choosing a degree program is a long-term process which is often quite a challenge and is accompanied by many questions and uncertainties. The Central Student Information and Counseling Service offers a wide range of support services to help you find guidance and a degree program that suits you.
The services offered by the Central Student Information and Counseling Service are voluntary, free of charge, confidential, and anonymous upon request.
In our work, we are guided by your needs, experiences and competencies. We support you in taking new perspectives, discovering resources and examining alternative paths. In our workshops you additionally benefit from the exchange with the group.
In this way, we accompany you in developing your own solution and planning the next steps.

During the Open Consultation Hours, our student counselors will either be able to solve your problem immediately by providing brief advice and concrete information, or you will discuss what might be of further assistance to you.
