The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent), i.e. the use of and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.

How long will personal data be stored?

The data will be stored by Santander Scholarships Erasmus+ for the duration of the funding period. If the data storage is based on consent, it will be stored until the consent is revoked or the end of the funding period.

If personal data is transferred to recipients, who at TU Dresden has access to this data and is data collected from third parties?

Unless otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented in individual cases, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.

What rights do data subjects have?

  The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR with the consequence that the personal data of the person concerned will no longer be processed.
