Christopher Noack is 18 years old and studies physics at TU Dresden.

• That's why I decided to study at TU Dresden:
  TU Dresden is a very good university for STEM degree programs and Dresden is a good scientific location with proximity to industry.
• That excites me:
  Astrophysics - the connection between mathematics and physics
• STEM means to me:
  That all natural sciences are inextricably linked in their theory and application.
• I was totally surprised in my first semester:
  How different the content of math modules at university is compared to math classes at school.
• I want to be able to answer these question(s) after my studies:
  How does the world work?
• If you have a message for prospective and/or first-year students, what would it be?
  If you want to study physics, you have to be aware that it requires a lot of time and work.
