Family-friendly study conditions support students with children or dependent relatives to reconcile their studies with their family tasks in the form of student flexibility (relaxation of the rules concerning exam periods and times, part time study offers), e-learning modules or the promotion of studies abroad with children.

Family-friendly working conditions
In order to attract and retain excellent, highly qualified employees for the university, TU Dresden strives to create attractive working conditions. Employees are supported in the reconcilement of family and work by family-friendly work conditions such as part-time employment, individual, flexible work time regulations, the fundamental application of the family-policy component according to WissZeitVG and exemption possibilities according to the Home Care Leave Act.
