The Charlotte Bühler Programme will start a new cycle for the target group of female postdocs and habilitation candidates in 2025. With this programme specially developed for this qualification phase, all female scientists at TU Dresden and all DRESDEN-concept institutions are invited to apply and actively advance their postdoc career.

The programme supports female scientists across disciplines, especially in the acquisition of interdisciplinary skills through a variety of workshops, keynote speeches, networking meetings and coaching sessions. The opportunity for individual counselling is also part of the programme.

The 12-month qualification and networking programme starts in April 2025 and all female scientists in the postdoc phase can apply.
