The program accompanies female scientists across disciplines, especially in the acquisition of interdisciplinary skills through a variety of workshops, keynote speeches, networking meetings, and coaching. The opportunity for individual counseling is also part of the program. The detailed programm will be published shortly.
All female postdocs and postdoctoral researchers can apply for the programm.
