Workshop for international women in science and science management

This seminar empowers international female scientists and science managers to thrive both professionally and personally in Germany by unlocking the keys to successful integration, effective communication, and confident interaction in any workplace or academic environment. Participants will gain deep cultural insights by analyzing core German values, norms, and key differences compared to their own cultural backgrounds. The program offers guidance on navigating life and work in Germany through the perspectives of fellow internationals and provides strategies for mastering cross-cultural communication and adapting to various work styles.

Additionally, attendees will sharpen their abilities in written and spoken exchanges within universities and workplaces, while learning how to address typical challenges in German communication culture and respond skillfully to critical situations. The seminar equips participants with impactful strategies for daily interactions, fostering collaboration, understanding, and ongoing professional growth.
