Table of contents
The Service Desk is the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all employees, students and guests of TUD Dresden University of Technology regarding all centrally offerd services. The staff at the service desk assist you with all of your questions regarding the services on offer. Requests which cannot be answered immediately will be noted by the staff and are handed over to the respective experts. You will then recieve a ticket number (just as you would for questions asked via e-mail) from the Ticketsystem. With this ticket number you can learn more details about the current processing status of your question. Instructions on how to use our services can be found in the FAQ portal.
