Scientists from TU Dresden and UNU-FLORES visited the GRASS Centre at the University of Toyama, Japan
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Stamm, Chair of Hydraulic Engineering and Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Technische Universität Dresden (TU-Dresden) and Prof. Daniel Karthe, Head of the Resource Nexus for Regions in Transition research programme at the United Nations University (UNU-FLORES) visited the University of Toyama from 30 - 31 January 2024. To mark the occasion, the Global Research Centre for Advanced Sustainability Science (GRASS) organised a two-day event.
In addition to exciting lectures and interesting, interactive discussions, various opportunities for further collaborations were discussed. These range from organising lectures as part of the Global Research Seminar series at the University of Toyama to exchanges between researchers and students.
