The Faculty of Civil Engineering moves back into the Beyer Building

New entrance in the direction of the new canteen
Following extensive refurbishment, the Faculty of Civil Engineering is finally returning to the historic Beyerbau. The building has been extensively modernized since 2016 and now shines in new splendor and offers the best conditions for research and teaching.
The move will continue until the end of March, but some areas are already accessible at the new address at George-Bähr-Straße 1. The Dean's Office and several Institutes have already moved into their new rooms.
With the newly renovated Beyerbau, the faculty has not only gained a modern working environment, but also a piece of history. The traditional building remains a central location for students, researchers and teaching staff - and a landmark for the entire TU Dresden.
