Data protection declaration and declaration of consent regarding video recordings

Purpose and data-collecting authority
For the purpose of public relations and marketing, video recordings are made and published on the following media:

• Website of TUD, Social media channels of TUD

Responsible party: TU Dresden, Faculty of Business and Economics, Dean's Office, E-Mail: dekanat.ww@tu-dresden.de

Voluntariness and withdrawal of consent
Photo shoots and video recording are voluntary and consent to use the photos or videos can be withdrawn at any time. In the event that consent is withdrawn, TU Dresden will immediately delete the photos to the greatest technically possible extent.

Storage period
The data will be permanently stored and processed unless consent is withdrawn.

Data protection officer and supervisory authority for data protection
I am aware that I can contact the data protection officer of TU Dresden  as well as the responsible supervisory authority for data protection at any time.

Right to information
I am aware that I may at any time request information about the data processed about me and the possible recipients of this data to whom it has been transmitted, and that I am entitled to a reply within one month of receipt of the request for information.
